I approach interactions with pets and people with empathy and compassion, striving to understand inidivduals without assumption.

I respect your home, pets, posessions, and belongings. I give especially nervous pets time to warm up and I do not use anything in your home unless you specifically instruct me to.

I ensure that your property and pets are safe by remaining mindful of your security preferences and procedures.

I have zero interest in perusing  your personal effects, home technology, digital accounts, vehicles, or anything associated. I avoid all drawers, cabinets, spaces or any rooms other than those in which you say I need to be active during a sit.

I do what I say I am going to do, and I document what I do and when. I always inform customers about any issues as they arise.

I communicate daily (or per visit) about the status of pets and home and am available for follow-up during waking hours. For those who do not want to be contacted, I keep a log that can be reviewed as needed.
